This savory snack is not only easy to make, but also really tasty. Soda water, a secret ingredient, makes a light, crispy batter, while cauliflower provides a healthy dose of fiber and B vitamins.

Gluten-free bread crumbs (150 g)
1 teaspoon paprika
1½ tablespoons of garlic powder
1½ teaspoons onion powder
1½ tsp. pepper (ground)
a 250 mL bottle of carbonated water
100g all-purpose gluten-free flour
1 head of cauliflower, sliced into 34-inch chunks.
1- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius (210 degrees Celsius fan/gas mark 8) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and spices.
3- Combine the flour and soda water in a mixing bowl. In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower pieces with the batter. Remove any extra batter from the pan.
4- Toss the breadcrumbs with the battered cauliflower and place it in a baking dish.
5- Bake for 9–12 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Warm up and enjoy.
