CARROT-CUMIN HUMMUS

Ingredients

375 ml (1 ½ cups) natural hummus from Fontaine Santé or discover our homemade recipe here


125 ml (1/2 cup) puréed carrot


125 ml (1/2 cup) mashed potatoes


5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground or crushed cumin seeds


5 ml (1 tsp.) sesame seeds


Salt, pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together the hummus and purees.
